NEW PATIENTS

Your initial visit to REHABILITY will consist of a thorough, case specific examination by the doctor which may include taking radiographs (x-rays), when necessary. Following a focused patient history, the doctor manually completes an orthopedic and neurological assessment of your present condition. Based on all results, each patient is presented with viable treatment options for care and advised of any additional diagnostic testing, imaging, or medical referrals that may be pertinent in establishing the most accurate diagnosis for optimal case management. Please allow up to one hour for your initial visit to REHABILITY.

Referrals and/or prescriptions for therapy are not necessary for your first visit.
